Crystal Healing Guide

Hold a crystal in your non-dominant hand (receiving hand) during meditation to absorb its energy. Or place it on the corresponding chakra on your body. Program it with your meditation intention before starting.

The skin is the most direct access point for crystal energy. Wearing a crystal keeps its frequency in your field continuously throughout the day. Choose crystal type based on your current need.

Arrange multiple crystals in sacred geometric patterns to amplify their combined energy toward a single intention. Common grids: Flower of Life (abundance), Star of David (protection), Metatron's Cube (spiritual growth). Activate with a wand or finger drawing the grid pattern.

Place crystals under your pillow or on your bedside table. Amethyst aids dream recall and prevents nightmares. Black tourmaline protects the sleep field. Selenite purifies the space. Lepidolite calms anxiety.

Place crystals in corners of rooms (black tourmaline for protection), on windowsills (clear quartz to amplify natural light's energy), near electronics (shungite for EMF protection), or on your desk (citrine for focus and abundance).

Place crystals around (not inside) a glass of water for 4+ hours to charge the water with the crystal's intention. Never place crystals directly in drinking water as many contain toxic minerals. External placement is safe and effective.
